Brandon, Dawn and the office staff were easy to work with and did a great job. Brandon was able to navigate and negotiate sucessfully in a highly contentious divorce. Highly recommend.
I would not recommend this lawyer as a mediator or for any other issue. As other reviews mentioned, he is rude and unprofessional.
I’ve had many consultations for my child support case, and this attorney stood out as the strongest - a real “bulldog.” He gets straight to the point, clearly understands the law, and anticipates the outcome of different strategies better than any other attorney I spoke with. In fact, on several issues where three other attorneys gave me the wrong answer, he was the only one who was right. Having worked with attorneys for over 14 years in real estate, I can confidently say I know the difference between good and bad counsel -and this one is absolutely worth the price if your case truly matters to you.
Absolutely phenomenal experience, fair price with fantastic results. I was very pleased with Mr. Beardsley and all of his office staff. I was treated fairly and like family and was able to have the outcome I wanted. Couldn't recommend a better attorney to use in any family matter. I've used him for my divorce as well as custody issues and he's always had my back
Staff is nice and accommodating. Brandon can be rude and abrasive, considering we are dealing with delicate family issues. I truly wish I hadn’t picked him as my lawyer but I felt pressured into it because my husband’s (soon to be ex) lawyer and Brandon “work well together”. I shouldn’t have gone against gut. First meeting told me everything I needed to know. Brandon insisted that because we were amicable it would be quick. He has been anything but quick and when I ONCE asked what the status on our mediation he responded to me in email to Calm Down. Putting off the mediation date is keeping my family in limbo. The WAITING for this to be over is torture. He should know that and be kinder and more efficient. I’ve been on top of my game the entire time getting my part completed.
Please save yourself the money and trouble by not retaining this attorney. Do your research there are many other qualified divorce attorneys in the area. Joint martial assets were lost in my case and Mr. Beardsley was noted to be conversing with my ex husband's opposing counsel regularly. When an individual retains a divorce law attorney it is to be advocated for professionally and Mr. Beardsley was anything but professional. If you proceed in retaining this atty do so with caution and not before doing your own research.
One of the few lawyers I can recommend completely. The office has a wonderful staff. Mr Beardsley is a man with integrity and will be straight and honest with you. After a year long case and extremely complex he got us everything we asked for and then some. I highly recommend anyone to him.
Mr. Beardsley is an absolutely fierce attorney who is dedicated to YOUR needs as a client, as well as respecting you as a person with unique needs and circumstances. His representation has been absolutely stellar, 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise, energy and dedication. His exceptionally capable staff are completely committed to you, thorough and expert in ALL the details of your case. By "ALL" I mean ALL. They are absolute professionals who hold themselves to a higher standard of service for the client. They have helped me tremendously across a range of related matters and are always there with help and a solution when you feel overwhelmed. His staff are indefatigable! It is no exaggeration to state that you are truly treated as part of the family with Mr. Beardsley and his amazing staff, as they are in it together with the client to gain the desired resolution. The bottom line is that when you need an attorney, you need the best. Mr. Beardsley is that attorney, without question.
I am so grateful to Attorney Brandon and his incredible team for their support throughout this difficult process. Being in a place with no friends or family, I felt very alone at the start of my divorce. From the very beginning, Attorney Brandon has been there for me, providing guidance and explaining every step along the way. His team has always been available, offering support and answering all of my questions. I truly appreciate how they have taken care of me and made me feel confident throughout this ongoing process. I couldn’t have asked for a more dedicated and caring legal team.
Brandon is the epitome of honesty and professionalism. If you want someone that knows the ins and outs of family law and is willing to fight for you, he is who you want by your side. He went above and beyond helping my son through an extremely difficult and emotional time. Brandon, along with his office staff, were there to walk us through the entire process and answer any questions. You are not just a client with him. You are treated as family.
If you are looking for a neighborhood law attorney I highly suggest Brandon Beardsley! Him & his staff have worked absolute wonders for me & I couldn’t be anymore pleased.
I can not say enough about this man and his staff. I hired him roughly 2 years ago in a very contentious custody case. Not only did he win my cases, he empowered me to be the best coparent for the sake of our child. He is as honest and caring as it gets. From the start, he always told me “you pay me so you don’t have to worry.” Top tier on all levels!! Thank you Brandon, Dawn, Missy and Brittney.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend him if you are a first responder, he won’t understand your work schedule. Mr. Beardsley is short and unhelpful most of the time. I never felt prepared for anything. The only bright side to his firm is his staff. Dawn was lovely. If you do decide to choose him to represent you, get ready to constantly have to recheck his math. Over all I was left feeling very unhappy with him.
I would love to know who this actually is.
Be careful with his relationship with opposing counsel as he gets extremely cozy with them in order to do the least amount of work. My future Ex used the exact same words to me that I had said to Brandon. 🤔 Coincidence? I think not my friend. Men are better off retaining a different attorney. 1. Negotiate your retainer. 2. Demand transparency with his communication with opposing counsel. 3. Monitor their billing of hours 4. Seek other counsel. Contact me for details.
I can't say enough about this attorney and his staff. This is the second time we've hired him and he by far exceeded our expectations.... thru my sons initial divorce and primary custody to being taken back to court 5 years later by the mother for custody... in which Brandon was able to not only make sure my son kept primary custody but also the child was able to testify. Hands down the best of the best. Thank you from all of us.
