payed him $2000 and he just stopped showing up answering texts and calls and still hasn't gotten back to me almost 8 months later
Do not recommend him for family court, he was appointed the advocate in my daughter's case in Feb. This man has never called or texted anyone even after several attempts to reach him via emails, phone, and FB. Now here we are, it's Sept. and he's in court talking about what's in the best interest of the child!! How the heck would he know what that is if he's never spoken to the child or anyone else in the family for that matter. He's useless, and not a good attorney!
I would not recommend for family court representation.Does not effectively communicate with clients about court orders. Gave me bad advice for my situation. Did not respond promptly regarding court matters one incident was because he said he was on vacation. Once I realized court orders and judgments were being issued without my knowledge I asked for a refund he refunded half then withdrew himself.
I’m so proud of my lil cousin. I haven’t seen Brandon in years. We were so close as kids . He was always very book smart. I hope he see my message. Love you Brandon
Helped with my criminal case. He is an attentive lawyer that willing try the case if it is necessary. He also tells you the truth even if it hurts.
This man is quick to ask for money, and will do nothing to earn it. Most attorneys, get $300-$400 a hour, he took $2500 and maybe spend two hours on our case. Never produced and result or follow through. Beware
There are not enough positive adjectives I could find to describe Brandon Edwards! He was assigned to me initially through the courts in a custody/dependency case in 2014. He was compassionate, and honest about my situation and my choices. In 2015 when I was prepared to regain custody, he was no longer working through the court, but I was adamant about retaining him because I knew how thorough and honest he was. He fought with me for 4 years, hearing after hearing, through attempted mediation, and to the court date to determine custody status permanently. Brandon’s experience, quick thinking, professional behavior, and advocacy enabled me to successfully regain custody of my son in 2019, and I could never thank him enough. I definitely contribute my 10 years of sobriety to him in part, for his willingness to see me as a person and not as just another addict.
He's a good lawyer
Updating my review when I originally posted my initial review I was upset and emotional and totally not holding myself accountable playing the victim and not looking at the bigger picture and understanding I was the only cause of my demise, Mr. Edward tried his best and worked best he could considering the circumstances surrounding my case. Even after me being emotional he remained professional and even reached out after seeing my review to question the disconnect on how he could better serve future clients. Family court is very hard triggering and traumatic, only advice I can offer is to do your best to remain less emotional as possible get over yourself and try to figure out best ways to properly co parent together it’s not fair to the kids to be torn in the middle due to parents being dramatic you laid down with them and created life Get over it, these lawyers are inside these courtrooms daily and are literally trying to help you navigate and get the best results for those who matter the most “the child” thank you Mr.Edwards for attempting to help with my family and I sincerely apologize for being a jerk and not being accountable for doing dumb things that landed me in the predicament in the first place I wish you nothing but blessings peace and prosperity 🫶🏾
I will be forever grateful for Mr Edwards for helping me in a juvenile matter he helped me to get my daughter back from a corrupt system in Elizabethtown Kentucky if you need someone in a family law this is your guy!!!
Great attorney. He really cares. So thankful for his ability to navigate that which I was unable to.
