Files frivolous lawsuits! Even though his client was 100% at fault. The police report provides proof, and his client's insurance company took 100% responsibility for his client's accident. Boysaw filed a false and frivolous suit. This is why our insurance is so expensive. It's from attorneys like Bryan Boysaw seeking unjust claims and compensation. He should be ashamed, and God will seek justice.
If I could leave NO STARS, I would. When he says he won't take home more than you will, it is a lie. My settlement was $170,000, of which I received around $32,000, from which I still had to pay my medical expenses. He took the rest, claiming it was for his attorney fees. RESPONSE: I do appreciate your response, and I would love to go into greater detail, but we both know you don't want me to do that and I'm not going to go back and forth with you. You know what you did no matter how you try to justify it what I said was the TRUTH! But what I will say is be cognizant of subsection "G" that states you "agree to pay your attorney the greater of the statutory fee as may be charged by my attorneys" basically the that section negates the 33 and 1/3 and gives him the right to take $138,000 from the your $170,000 settlement.

I can clear the record up a little bit. <br><br>Ms. Gindratt you hired me. <br><br>It would be nice if you shared the details and circumstances associated with your need to hire my law firm. <br><br>But if you feel good about the thing you are suggesting, that’s between you and your sense of right and wrong.<br><br>Fortunately, I was able to assist you because of a statutory fee shifting provision that forces insurance companies to pay attorneys fees. I said it when you hired me and the public record also supports my position. I couldn’t have taken your case without the fee shifting statute.<br><br>Neither me, nor I, nor my staff said that to you because of the magnitude of nearly 3 years of successful hard fought litigation. Despite your lack of appreciation for a job that could not have been done more successfully, I’m excited about the result you received. You were not treated in accordance with the terms of your contract. We ensured that they honored those terms.
