Nice guy ,
So where do I begin. My sister was appointed executor and hired this guy for the estate. I inquired about a few things through email as I live in another state. I was ultimately told to do my own homework and given zero information regarding the estate. After doing my own homework I filed a petition on another matter involving the estate and this clown sent in a petition to be paid almost $3,000 for doing in my opinion nothing. Don’t use this guy for anything more than cleaning your bathrooms! And to respond to your response, I’m not mad about the house however I’m mad that i asked you about form 1103 from the register of wills and thats where I was told to do my own homework after informing you she’s a convicted felon hence why I filed a petition for lying on question 7 about felonies. Is that why you quit? And to add after 3 months on the case Myself and my other sister have not received any paperwork regarding benefits nor did we sign anything. So for you to be paid for doing nothing is reprehensible!!! And lastly, your claim that you did not represent me or my other sister but yet billed for our time is also inexcusable!!!
As noted in my email to Mr. Jefferson on June 26, "I represent the estate and the personal representative. I do not represent any individual heir. If you have any concerns or issues relating to the estate I strongly suggest you hire an attorney to represent you individually." Unfortunately, Mr. Jefferson is unhappy that his sister was deeded their house before his father died and is mad at me for handling his father’s estate. However, I made it clear to him on numerous occasions between our first correspondence on June 26 and our final one on July 7 that I do not represent him and encouraged him to retain his own attorney.

Update (9/23/2020): Anyone who knows me is aware that I am diligent about returning phone calls or other attempts to contact me. But when someone bombards me with myriad emails and phone calls I draw the line, as I did with Mr. Johnson. I never, ever represented Mr. Johnson. The fact that he is unhappy about the terms and disposition of his late father’s estate is not my fault. That he does not get along with his sister, whom I did represent, and that he appears to enjoy complaining must be his nature.
He has been very professional and has helped my fiancee tremendously. We would recommend him to everyone.
My bestfriend and i were involved in an automobile accident and this law office was her family’s lawyer. They handled our case with the upmost professionalism and care. Lynn Davies, the office’s senior paralegal is so sweet and kind she even answered questions I had regarding my interest in becoming a paralegal. When they began looking for extra help on the office, they even reached out to consider me! Our case was handled in a timely manner and they exceeded my expectations in getting me a sufficient settlement. If i ever need a personal injury lawyer in the future, they’d be my first stop.
This office handled my case very quickly and professionally and got me a great settlement! The paralegal, Lynn, was great to work with and explained the whole process thoroughly. I am very pleased with the customer service here and how smoothly the process went for me.
I was very pleased to have Mr. Potts as my lawyer and Lynn Davies as my paralegal. They were very understanding, straightforward, and compassionate towards my situation. I would have no hesitation recommending them, and obviously, using them again. Five stars!
Do not go to this Attorney for any bodily injury settlement. He will not care about your case at all. He only cares about his paycheck at the end. Otherwise he will be MIA. I had the worst experience with this office. The first paralegal I had to work with for months was very mean and ended up getting let go. I tried multiple times to speak with Bryan about the experience and wasn’t able to. She would get angry if I called to even follow up. So I waited a month and when I contacted her she hadn’t submitted anything. When questioned she told me she has other clients. She was very aggressive and rude. There’s so much to this experience but it would take a book. They sent me to a chiropractor and had me sign a contract stating I would pay from settlement... that same dr charged me for MULTIPLE services I didn’t even get. And they feel because he reduced the bill by a percentage that’s completely ok.... Just the communication with this lawyers office is very aggressive. I regret my experience and wish I could go back and pick a different lawyer. After all was said and done I explained to the new paralegal my experiences. She said Bryan would call me. Bryan called very rude and in an aggressive manner said “so do you want to settle or go to court I’m not reducing my fee. That’s all I need to know.” Bryan didn’t even apologize or care about the experience I had with his office or his paralegal that he even had to fire. He didn’t want to hear a thing. Now I know why he hired the paralegal I had to deal with because he’s exactly the same.... And that’s all you will get from his business. This was literally only the second or third time of speaking to my “Lawyer”...
Hi Amanda,

I apologize that you were unhappy with our services, however, I would like to make it clear that despite my paralegal always treating you with patience and kindness, and attempting to explain and console you on multiple occasions, you refused to accept any explanation of the legal process. In fact, at times you became irate, inconsolable, and even threatening. You became upset at even the most routine aspects of the case and there simply was no reasonable way to satisfy you regarding my representation of your case.

When you expressed unhappiness with the proposed settlement, I offered to file a claim and try the case in court; you refused and instructed me to settle the case anyway. You then threatened to leave me this bad review if I did not reduce my fee, which you have clearly done. I pride myself on having earned a reputation of honesty and excellence in over 30 years of representing my clients but I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service my team and I tried to provide you.

Best of Luck,
Bryan Potts
I have known Bryan Potts for almost fifty years, first as a high school friend and later professionally. Bryan is a caring person with a professional demeanor. He is well versed in his areas of legal expertise and puts his clients' best interest first.
I have used Bryan as my attorney on many different occasions. I would recommend him to anyone who is need a quality lawyer.
I have known Bryan personally and professionally for a long time. I know him to be an outstanding attorney. When I have clients that I can't help I happily refer them to Bryan.
I called Mr. Potts recently to consult about opening an estate for a deceased relative. Though not in the office at the time, he returned my call within an hour, and proceeded to dispense detailed advice on how we could accomplish what we needed without retaining an attorney. Not only did he give us the confidence to take on what we'd thought would be a difficult task, but he saved us over $1200 in legal fees in the process. If and when we do find ourselves in need of an attorney, I will absolutely contact Mr. Potts first. Thanks so much!
