I was referred to the firm by a friend. We’re 3 months into it, I accepted the offer on last Monday and still waiting on a response. Unprofessional and unacceptable! I’ve left several messages for Shane and Tiffany, to no avail.

Me and my daughter were in a wreck early 2025, things started off going well with this law office. 6 months into the process it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Once my case was settled for 30,000 I only received less than what I was told ($8,000) I miss work for 4-5months and didn’t receive lost wages. I ask for a print out of the price breakdown 2months later still no email or letter in my mailbox. Me and my daughter are together and they decided to take lawyer fees out of both settlement. I won’t refer this company to anyone I know. I definitely feel taken advantage of and scam.
