I have not needed the services of many attorneys, however the handful I have used, Cedric Rainey is the best. Very easy to get in touch with and is very responsive. Just takes your money! Terrible experience. I was directed to Cedric Rainey from an online site. When Rainey took my case he told me I would win around $17,000. The day of court Rainey was struggling to even argue my case, it was clear he didn’t study or know my case the day in court. I was beyond frustrated sitting there watching him try to be a lawyer while butchering my case. Because his lack of care I was granted only $2,200 (was still a loss based off of how much the other party owed me) I have paid Rainey and the courts almost all of the $2,200 and haven’t received any money. I have mentioned my concerns to Rainey several times and he usually ignores me. When I told Rainey I was thinking about getting a different lawyer to get my money he closed my case and told me to have a different lawyer finish my case, I told him I said I was “thinking about it” and he said “take care” and sent me a closing email. I’m disgusted in the lack of care and professionalism with Rainey. I would highly suggest you find a lawyer who isn’t just taking your money while pretending to work. Be smart!
