Chad was easy to communicate with and overall very pleasant and professional. From the start Chad confidently told me that he could help me deal with my ridiculous insurance company, and he followed through efficiently, and got them to pay me the entire amount of money possible. My body and mind were injured, it was hard to operate in the world for months after the crash, and Chad helping me get the medical-help paid for was crucial, and a relief.
