I don't recommend this lawyer, he just takes your money and tells you that he's going to help you with your case and when the case ends you get guilty if you need a lawyer look for someone else to help you and who doesn't talk to you with lies like he did with me

Horrible!!!!! All he cares about is his money and will literally lie to your face! Way too expensive, he tries to charge you for everything and does nothing to help you. I don't recommend him at all.

I had a great experience! The lady answering the calls was very helpful. I feel only difficult clients have a hard time because they feel entitled.

I’ll give 0 stars any case this person Charles when he had all case in hand to finish the case he will Nt know your case at all he will use other words that’ don’t make sense make him look bad. He didn’t study when my other lawyer says give all this paper work to him an my note is a win on ur side he did not lesson at all even getting help from a different lawyer know ur case he will act that he knows but he will loose ur situation even if he charge allot am he will say sorry u loose when u had ur good advise he will win ur case.

Somewhat helpful, but ended up recommending we go with a different lawyer. It was a big estate issue, so somewhat understandable. Overall he was nice, but the other 2 lawyers we visited didn't charge a consultation fee. This one was $50 for a 10 minute visit, that ended up just being a request to visit a different lawyer. The staff was nice.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This guy is a snake. My dad got charged for a consult for a simple change of deed contract. The appointment date he was told to go back to sign paperwork the office was closed. Nobody answered his call. Nobody replied back to his messages. It’s been weeks now and the Lawyer is nowhere to be found. My dads calls are now ignored. Please don’t waste your time or your money. He is a thief.

Beware this attorney tells his clients 1 thing but has NO INTENTIONS OF DOING WHAT HE SAYS! Then theres the chick that answers the phone and she Lies over and over the only words she knows is He's in court He hasn't had a chance to look at your evidence even though he has had it for 5 days She can't tell me when he will be able to either I asked her do you think it will be this week this month this year and her response was she didn't know She seems to NOT KNOW ANYTHING Charles Rojas is a court appointed lawyer for the people he is assigned to in jail but he doesn't seem to care about doing his job for them. He's got Ol Girl answering the phone with I DON'T KNOW THIS AND SHE DON'T KNOW THAT I ASKED HER WHAT DO U KNOW AND SHE COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME THAT SO PLEASE BEWARE IF U R LOOKING FOR A LAW OFFICE THAT DOES KNOW SOMETHING THIS OFFICE ISN'T THAT 1 GLENDA FRAZIER

Great lawyer he's a business man , money talks ... I recommend him anytime.

These types of lawyers don't have experience practicing law; they're abusive with payments and reckless, charging more than they should and not resolving cases. My advice is to find a good lawyer, even if they charge a little more, because in the end you'll save more money since what counts is professionalism, and Rojas isn't professional.

Very bad experience!!! He's a completely dishonest lawyer who has no ethics or principles!!! This is essential for this profession!! Because he's charging for cases he never started!!! And he does it especially with Hispanic people!!! Because Hispanic people have many principles and values.

Very dissapointed stole from a widow who did not even sign a contract with him

Rojas stole $500 from my sister in law. She went in and ask for his help, told her it would cost $3000 and that he could not start until he had all the money upfront and that it would take at least 3 months. She left him $1300 and was trying to come up with the rest. She ended up deciding not to use him but he would only return $800 of the $1500. Don’t use this guy, he took advantage a a desperate widow who was just looking for help.
