I thought this lawyer knew what he was doing. He absolutely did NOT. Everything I told him I did not agree with for the opposite parties propositions he lied and said I agreed too. I could make a list. He not only almost risked my two year old spending the night with a predator but told the courts I agreed with it. No matter what I told him he went against. I had two witnesses with me agreeing and telling him no I do not agree and he didn’t listen, he let the opposing party do everything even tho I suggested him do it. He let them make the order (which opposing party ended up making up a total false order compared to the transcript.) He kept telling me the judge would give me something I didn’t like against a sperm donar who’s never been apart of my life nor in a relationship with. He gave me bad advice. He’s a waste of money I literally spoke with him two days , plus traveling fees and a few emails I paid 4K . I fired this attorney , he tried to say I owed him more money!! He stuttered in front of the job I had to tap on his shoulder and say “fight for me” it seemed to all 3 of us that him and opposing party kept discussing things on their own that was never repeated to me about my case. He shared no emails exchanged. The opposing party got all our paperwork I received none till he was fired. He wouldn’t even allow me to fire him until 3 weeks later even tho I told him he was fired right after the court day. In email I told him I didn’t need legal council several times and it was almost ignored. He acted AFRAID of the judge & did not do his job what so ever.

Rude and false information from receptionist… I wished I could have spoken to an actual attorney with law knowledge.

I used this attorney in a family court case against DSS. He keep rescheduling my case didn't inform me. When we finally went to court he seem nerves or intimated by them. Will never use again.

Called asking in speaking to Attorney Brooks, lady was very rude and informed I did not appreciate being spoken to like this and requested again to speak with Attorney Brooks..she than hung up the call. I called back and informed that I would definitely make it a point of making Mr. Brooks aware of her nasty and unprofessional experience ...she replied good luck..and hung up again .
