They promised to advocate for my injuries, yet their negligence derailed everything. The doctor to ask for an amendment to my initial letter to ensure all my injuries were addressed. When I brought this issue to the firm, their response was dismissive and delayed. Instead I was told information on some of their other clients injuries inordered to try to discredit my personal pain!
