After getting into what seemed to be a hopeless situation, Cindy Bice reached out and helped me work through it. Her ability to negotiate with those in the legal system and give useful advice to her clients is incredible.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. For those whom had a good experience with her, I’m happy for you. But our experience with her was NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!! At first I really thought we’d made the right decision hiring her. But it wasn’t long things just didn’t look very professional. We gave her $1,000.00 retainer fee and from there she really did NOTHING FOR US AT ALL. First occurrence was, my wife calls to ask her questions because we’d not heard anything from her in two weeks! After we FINALLY reached her the conversation was rather short and she told my wife she’d call her back. Well in the background I heard another female voice say…… “WHY ARE YOU GOING TO CALL HER BACK?!?!” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I paid you to help me and work for me!!! That’s why call me back!! She wouldn’t return calls, nor text. And before anyone says….. well she has other clients as well. I get that, but if you can’t handle your client load, then thin it out some. We have ALL PAID YOU FOR A SERVICE. And our first court case, she told us she wouldn’t be able to be present there. This was one of few times we actually SPOKE WITH HER. To sum this up, I basically handed her free money….. $1,000.00! I was trying to be nice and text and called her telling her I believe it to be fair that she refund half…… $500.00 of our retainer fee. I mean once again, she did NOTHING! But as of this morning she has blocked me from texting/calling her. And they’re never in the office. On top of all that….. we NEVER EVEN MET HER IN PERSON! So again, my experience these negative reviews you are seeing are true and real. Right down to you getting you money back when she does not a thing for you. Makes her living off of taking money and not working for you. Sorry, but VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I don’t care what other reviews might say, Cindy Bice has a big heart and goes above & beyond for her clients. A client needs to remember they aren’t the only client she’s got and there’s a lot of moving pieces to the law process. She’s smart, compassionate, and will fight for you.

This will sound strange as I wasn't the person who hired her. This is because of what she did for my best friend during her custody battle. She went above and beyond during the whole battle, even to the point to shield her client (my friend) from her emotionally abusive and manipulative ex when he tried to speak with her privately. It's been years, but what Cindy Bice did changed my friend's life and helped her fight for her child. If you're reading this, thank you.

This gets good. I hired Cindy Bice for a domestic dispute between my fiance and I. She charged me $825 which I paid in full and on time based on our agreement. The DA wanted to drop all of the charges so easy money for her, right? Well not so much because at the initial court hearing the judge had a different opinion and it became very uneasy for her. She gave me the legal advice to return to court that afternoon and go in front of that hostile judge by myself because she had another hearing to be at. That was the one time she was actually nice, she's actually very frumpy and curt, and she seemed like she knew what she was doing so I took that advice. Well, needless to say she really screwed me. I should have never gone in front of that judge without my lawyer. She should have just requested another court hearing when she could be there. In hindsight, it actually seems like she just wanted my case to be over with regardless of the damage done to me so she didn't have to deal with it anymore. If you have a lawyer, don't ever go in front of a judge without them! The photos of the attached pictures are a copy of the email I sent her after I spent 3 days trying to get ahold of her just to find out what the end result of that hearing was because I wasn't allowed to speak or ask any questions during it and it seemed like I got railroaded. For 3 days her office would not return my messages so I sent this email. The response to the email is the only response I ever received after that hearing, and it is the last time I ever talked to her. She told me she would call me back and then never did. I was freaking out not knowing what was going on. I couldn't eat, think, and had a full blown anxiety attack where I had to call the Veteran's crisis line for help. The lawyer that I paid $825 to represent me couldn't even have the common courtesy to call me and let me know the status of my case. I felt used, taken advantage of for money, and as I was seen and treated like an insignificant nothing. Well joke's on her. Fine, I can't get ahold of you? Well guess what... I guess I have no way of letting you know that I hired another lawyer and there was no need for you to show up at the next court hearing. So she showed up to the next hearing thinking she was still there to represent me, 2 MONTHS after I still had never heard from her to at least explain what happened at the last hearing. That's when the DA explained to her that I no longer needed her services and she didn't need to be there. So she was humiliated in front of the court and all of her colleagues. I guess you should have called me back, Cindy. 🙃 I wouldn't even look at or acknowledge her. It was bittersweet. 😉 Save yourself money, time, and stress. She's a horrible lawyer and just wants your money. I know there are times when Google reviews are just a bunch of people complaining and you have to take it with a grain of salt, that's why I gave Cindy a chance in the first place. Well I learned my lesson the hard way and wasted $825. My advice to you is heed these warnings from all of these reviewers on here and just find a better lawyer. Good luck to you!

I never do reviews. But this attorney's review must be heard and I'd rather not even give a star. She basically to sum it up in a nutshell stole $800 for a case. The only piece of paper i received from her was a receipt. never had a contract drawn up, never showed up for court. She did one time and was late. She never discussed case in detail or plans. You can't reach her, she will not return calls, and has her secretary lie for her. You will sit in court all day just to find out she called the court early that morning to do a continuance but never let u know. So your day is wasted. She was fired and a new attorney hired. Refund has been requested repeatedly but she will not contact u back. The case is very important. She has no concerns or professionalism. The day she never showed up and never called to voice that she wasn't coming. The whole EASTRIDGE COURT OFFICIALS SAID SHE IS ALWAYS LIKE THAT AND GOOD LUCK TO EVER GETTING AHOLD OF HER. THEY BASICALLY TOLD IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE ..GET A NEW LAWYER!!! THIS COMMING FROM THE D.A. !!!!! the refund is the least she could do so I can help with hiring new attorney .. ♡♡

I just want to say thank you to Mrs. Bice for helping me out and getting a felony charged dropped to a misdemeanor’s and four other charges dropped. Words can’t explain how grateful I am. Again thank you Mrs. Bice. Your a fantastic person and lawyer. I definitely recommend her.

I called Cindy Bice and paid for her consultation. I fully paid the fee. The retainer fee was higher, so I couldn’t pay the full amount so I sent portions. I never received a response. However, she kept the money. Since I had no response, I asked for the retainer money returned. I received an email stating “Declined”. I’ve asked several times without responses. I’ve requested a billing to see if she had earned any fees. Still haven’t received my money or heard from Ms.Bice. Never use her services. I’m in the process of getting help with the state BAR. Seriously, save yourself the headache and keep your money.

She is a thief! Took over $1,500 from me and did nothing. Full of excuses and lies. Do not use her, save yourself the trouble.

Mrs, Cindy Bice is VERY intelligent, and she knows what is before her. She knows The Law. My husband retained and when I spoke to him on the phone after we spoke with Ms. Bice he said “I don’t think we could have picked a better family attorney,” We are very pleased. Ms. Bice is all about the children; and after all, in the end, the children are all that matter!
