At eighty years old I encountered my first court case. Clayton Griessmeyer was kind and respectful to me during the two-day trial. I got knocked over on my bicycle by a truck stopped for a red light as I crossed in the intersection in front of him. October 20, 2010 while riding my road bike I was T-boned by an un-insured motorcyclist. My insurance company, a major player in Wisconsin policies, made me an offer that would not even cover the cost of my bike! I turned it down and within 20 days my insurance company dropped me, denied my claim and even claimed I was 100% at fault. Nonsense. I was hit in a bike lane. Clay Griessmeyer is a great attorney who really has his client’s best interest in mind and is a strong advocate for his clients. I’m a Ironman triathlete, I have been hit by two motor vehicle in the last 10 years. Both time Clay represented me.
