We asked Clyde to represent us on a traffic case when we paid the fee we were pushed of to Monica which is consistently telling our driver to take the charge. we paid money for no reason she hasn’t even received evidence from the court after all this time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Hello Zahair, thank you for taking the time to review our law firm. When we enter any criminal case, we file a motion for discovery at the time of our entry into the case. We do this to get things like videos and police reports as quickly as possible. After reviewing the initial discovery that was provided, we determined that additional items were missing. We have requested those additional items, but we cannot control how fast the State gets them to us. Some cases can be resolved quickly, but other cases take more time as a result of things that are out of our control. I too don't like waiting for discovery, but some items are so important that we do need to wait for them. I hope this explanation helps.
