Happy to see others have had better experiences. When I retained Craig's services over the summer he was continually impossible to get a response from, and took weeks to even begin to work on my time sensitive case. It took over 2 weeks from the date of the retainer for Mr. Carson to even begin to attempt communication with the other party. From there all information relevant was retained by me personally, and I felt that I did nearly all of the legwork. Essentially felt like I was begging Mr. Carson to do the work he was retained to do. In the end no resolution was reached with the help of Mr. Carson. It honestly felt like Mr. Carson was waiting for the case to be forced into court, which was exactly what I told him I was hiring him to avoid. I attempted to give him another chance in October with a different case assuming maybe something personal was going on for Mr. Carson resulting in me not receiving anywhere near the experience others reported receiving. I received a response of "let me review this" the same day, and no further response ever received.
