Do not use! Avoids phone calls and will have someone right of of school representing you for divorce that doesn’t know a thing, also no meetings ahead of time to go over stuff. They will take your $ and run. I’ve lost thousands and not one thing accomplished

Unprofessional I started off my case with one lawyer and a few days before the hearing day they switched to a new lawyer that had no idea what the case was about and when the day came we both looked like fools speaking.

Atty Craig Higgins represented me on a serious criminal charge. Everything was handled by Craig w/o hand waiving or recrimination. I was in court twice (not including the day of the arrest) for a total of 5 minutes. Also my sister who was the plaintiff contacted Craig and he handled it well directing her to the state's attorney where she told him she didnt want to proceed with the charges. I also liked the flat fee to handle eveything . I prefer this to fee schedule where the client is charged for every phone call and e-mail exchange.

The experience was substantially affected by stress, which was intensified by the lawyer’s conduct. I felt treated as a mere case file rather than a valued client. Ultimately, it culminated in significant disagreement and a considerable financial setback.

He is both smart and kind, and those qualities helped him secure an extremely favorable deal from the district attorney on my behalf. I’m beyond grateful for the outcome, which I truly believe was possible because of Craig.

Craig and his staff are great. His law office handled an eviction case for us with illegal tenants. Situations like these can be extremely stressful, but he made the situation easier. You can count on him to submit everything needed to the courts. If you have any questions and call or email him, he answers or responds extremely fast. I would highly recommend him and would use him again if needed.
