I don't know how they have so many 5-star reviews. My family member was a legal resident with no criminal record, was detained for over a year, and ended up being deported. Throughout this ordeal, they didn't contact us for weeks, couldn't provide me with the documents I requested, etc. It seemed to me that they took on a lot of cases because of this mess with ICE, so they couldn't give mine the attention it deserved. After it ended in deportation, I never heard from these people again, despite having asked them to intervene in some pending matters. Please don't hire these people and waste your money here. I've lost over $8,000, and they didn't even suggest a refund, at least partially, considering they lost the case. I don't know how they have all these 5-star reviews. You can ask them to do the job you paid for, but they’ll refuse. You can ask for a copy of a sent letter or confirmation that the work was done — but you won’t get a reply for two weeks. Then it turns out the work was never done and they simply forgot about it. Then they’ll miss a court date. And after all that, they’ll call you to remind you about the payment. Draw your own conclusions, but after this experience, all the 5-star reviews feel suspicious and look like flattering fakes.
