I have been dealing with Mr. Cubit for 25 years now and he is truly the absolute best. He takes his time and genuinely cares about you as a person and your situation If you need someone who’s honest well respected and can get you the most out of your policy with out those extra fees that those other attorney charges he is definitely your guy. I will validate it and put a stamp on it. In addition, I have referred over 15 people to him and they all left please with a nice checkbook.

Thomas did not provide true statements from the insurance company. He told me something and after I settled because he advised me too, the insurance company told me something completely different. Poor explanation and judgement and I have asked him to call a company that sent me a letter saying that they wanted to help me receive money, and he just told me to call myself. If I am paying you, I expect the minimum for you to do it. Horrible experience. You're better off with any other lawyer.
