I recommend you look for professional lawyers, I tried to file bankruptcy and my case got complicated and the lawyer just said (I can't help you anymore, look for another lawyer) and he kept my money, he didn't help me when I was with the creditors, he kept quiet ! assistants and secretaries no longer answered my calls, I had to hire another lawyer, look for lawyers who are bankruptcy specialists and avoid those who do everything, that happened to me with this lawyer
