I called twice to inquire about my case but the first time I called some lady answered and took down my information but she didn’t tell me when I would get a call back. I waited a day and no call so I called again and I spoke to a man who asked me the same questions the first last had already asked me and said I would get a call back. It’s been 3 weeks and no call. First impressions are everything and so far this office has horrible customer service and little to no urgency on getting back to potential or prospective clients; horrible customer service!!

On February 24th, 2024 I was pulled over and had my license taken from me. The next day I was researching different attorneys and decided to hire Daniel Flores. After a year of having court dates postponed for various reasons, my court case ended up being dismissed on February 24th, 2025. I ultimately avoided incurring other court fees as well as other repercussions so having Mr. Flores represent me was definitely worth it! Fantastic attorney. I initially spoke with another attorney who seemed eager to get sales or business at all costs and spooked me into researching further. I happened upon The Law Office of Daniel Flores who was very honest and I appreciated his viewpoints and guidance in our initial phone call. He was not pushy to close on business and you can tell he maintains a level of integrity some more greedy lawyers wouldve gladly tried to force a retainer signing. I retained Mr. Flores for a rather pricy traffic citation with realistic expectations, expecting the worst and for him to simply soften the blow of the citation. He was able to get my case dismissed which exceeded anything I expected. I know he doesn't practice as much in this area of law as he used to but he was was able to achieve great results. Daniel has now provided me services since 2019. I basicly caught 2 back to back DUI's within a year. So i fought through them for a few years with him. He does promise to fight for you and to be transparent, which he is and alwasy was in my case. He gives you your options straight, even if it's raw and harsh. He always answered or called me back same day anytime I had questions or concerns. After all was said and done I was satisfied with my outcome in my case. No jail time, but about a month of ankle monitor and the standard classes. Also fees were waved from the courts. Would recommend but as for myself I will not be needing his services again as I've turned my life around with his help.
