I hired Daniel after getting a speeding ticket doing 80 and a 55 zone. We were driving to Montreal to ski. This was the end of December. My mom has bladder issues and put pressure on me to go faster to get to a bathroom as soon as possible. However, this officer Wolinsky was far from understanding (and was moody the whole time) and was not willing to hear it. He took the fact that my mom didn’t speak English as lack of corroboration with my story and quite simply just didn’t believe me. Daniel got me off with no points. Daniel also communicated effectively and did things in an organized manner. His fee was also very fair compared to other attorneys in the area. Simply the best.

I have been using Daniel now, in between 4 and 6 years, and the first thing I'm going to say is all those years ago, when I reached out to Dan and he represented me on my first case, that point forward mr. Miller was the only lawyer in my contacts on my phone which is how it is to this current day.
