Law Office of David A. Williams

A 'possible' reason most people hate lawyers. Timeline: Medical malpractice occurred 2-2020. Hired Dave 10-2021 12-2022: Dave assured me the med expert says: "we have a strong case..." 2-2023 statute of limitations expires, Dave gets an extension. Jury trial scheduled: 12-2024 6 weeks before trial, 6 weeks(!), Dave informs me we don't have a case. Tells me to drop the case... "no negligence, all was within standard of care." I will never taste anything or smell anything for the rest of my life due to a madman's surgery on my sinuses...Dave says: no negligence..." No attorneys are willing to even hear me out because the statute of limitations ran out nearly 2 years ago!! I have nothing...no law suit, no settlement, and no prospects...just food and drink with no flavor and no smell, from perfume to gasoline...nothing. Thanks, Dave.
