David Rosenberg is an unpleasant and unproductive attorney. He takes that he never comes through with anything and on top of it he makes you look bad on social media and google.A real disaster of a lawyer.Stay away from this unprofessional attorney. The receptionist was very professional — she took down all my information in detail and told me Mr. Rosenberg would reach out once he was available. To my surprise, it only took about 30 minutes before Mr. Rosenberg personally called me. He spoke with a great deal of compassion and professionalism, addressed all of my concerns, and clearly explained every possible option and the full process ahead. What impressed me most was that he never rushed the conversation — he took all the time needed to make sure I fully understood everything. Potential clients beware! David’s office sent a hopeful “communication for settlement purposes” on behalf of his client Frank alleging that my wife had terminated his client on 2/20/24. She had not worked at the company that let Frank go since October 2023. At best David has horrible attention to detail. Everything I’ve stated here is absolutely true and can be supported by documentation. There is no retaliation, just a simple statement of facts. David is welcome to dispute the facts.

So I cross referenced the information you gave me yesterday with my phone log and no it turns out I did indeed call your law firm and was treated disrespectfully by one of your LAWYER partners since I now know you don't have a receptionost. Was looking to hire a lawyer for my current situation but now that I see you manipulate and intimidate people who leave less than 4 star reviews I'm gonna go ahead a d leave this here. What are you going to threaten me? The lady I spoke to was nasty to me PERIOD and it should be handled for future clientele. Instead you accuse me of lying? A potential client? No my 1 star is staying you have enough money to pay google to take it down.
