This lawyer David Zelman took my son’s Civil Rights case against the NYPD in Federal Court and then went onto dismiss my son’s Civil Rights without notifying him. This lawyer should be disbarred. The worst law office to deal with I don't even know how he received his license extremely unprofessional screams yells when talking to him on the phone. keep saying he'll get back with the case update . nothing has been done for over a year couldn't care less about his clients'cases. After my injury that happened back in late 2019 I was searching for a lawyer that I can put confidence into knowing they will do their best to resolve my case and bring it to a closure. After reading some reviews online I thought that I would have a good experience with David Zelman. But after what happened in my time dealing with David Zelman I was completely mistaken. He does whats only best for himself and not the client. He will NOT go to court to fight for you, he admits he doesn’t physically look good and will hire another law firm if necessary to show up. No paralegal is willing to work with him, they all leave him. He is a one man show with NO help. He’s unbelievably rude. He will give you the legal runaround, which equals to not being honest. I am spreading awareness to those who want an honest law firm to LOOK ELSEWHERE. David Zelman will cost you your time and money and most importantly your health will get worse dealing with David Zelman. David Zelman should be disbarred.

Making money weekly, accomplishing your financial goals, taking care of your loved ones and etc. Your not waking up thinking that, Today is the day that will change everything about my life and loved ones lives as well. I got into a serious accident, delivering food with Door Dash, I remember waking up in the ambulance. Neck brace on, oxygen mask on, blood pressure cuff on my arms, and the paramedic standing over me. All I wanted was to call my family and let them know I'm ok. Let's fast forward, I go through the process at the hospital and eventually get discharged. Now is when life gets real. My responsibilities and bills. The pressure of life is weighing on me, on top of me recovering. David fought for me, not just from 9-5, endless hours. David fought for my medical to be paid so I can focus on recovery. Was it easy? Hell No. Their were days I called him yelling and frustrated, however he listened and always coached me through this process, that's out of our control. The insurance company will play this wait game, to discourage you and offer you LESS because they know how desperate you are. David was there every step of the way and he fought for resources for me. I was becoming pressed and wanted to take anything the insurance company offered at this point. I was behind in rent and was in the eviction process with the courts. David kept telling me to hold on, while he fought for more resources. Look guys, WE GOT THE MAX!!!!! I recommend David Zelman, listen guys, he's your Guy.
