We are not by nature litigious but my accident was going to limit what I could continue to do on my own. Dennis was very thorough as he analyzed reports and compiling all the relevant facts including photographs of the slip and fall accident site and then all the medical reports and guided me through a process of negotiating a fair settlement with the facility owners. I'm glad I decided to hire Atty. Hogan. It was just a small claims issue I wanted to handle on my own until it became a giant headache filled with stress. I brought Dennis on board to defend me. I had an outstanding experience with Attorney Dennis Hogan on my case. His prior experience as a prosecutor was instrumental in helping me with my case. I was charged with a DUI, but refused the test and was also charged with two other counts for Simple Assault and Reckless Conduct. My court date was scheduled, but we were trying to change bail conditions and that date was 2 weeks prior to the 'real' court date. At this earlier court appearance, Attorney Hogan was able to negotiate a plea deal where I plead guilty to the DUI and got the other 2 charges dropped, pending a 12 month probation period. This allowed me to just close the book on this nightmare that I created for myself, accept the penalty for the DUI which I would have been found guilty of anyway, and make the other charges go away. While I have not gotten my final bill from Attorney Hogan, this expedited process should also save me on my legal fees with him. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Attorney Hogan to anyone else looking for a great attorney that is fair on costs and has the previous experience and knowledge as an elected prosecutor. He knows most of the current prosecutors which gives him (and you) a very real advantage over other attorneys. Thank you Attorney Hogan!
