I promise I’m not a spam reviewer. I can to Derek and realized he was also a lawyer of another friend (who won) after I signed. He made the experience straightforward, always shared updates, made himself available… but more importantly was honest. He tries to find important points in the case but also has a real level of human interaction. He doesn’t play the part. He’s a real guy that actually cares (which I noticed was hard to find when I interviewed lawyers). During a possible in court date, he was even able To get me out of it midway because of work reasons. Even post court date and deliberations he was there for assistance.
