I am very grateful for the representation I received from Sterling Law Group. Communication terrible, took alot of money and didn't show up in court came in to the zoom was repremanded by the Judge. She took over 7k and did nothing. This is very Unfortunate.

I think the Para legal team they have is wonderful. The lawyers especially Donna not so much. Terrible at establishing presence in the court room. They promise the world with little results. I understand that a lawyer studies and practices on law, but when they represent you they should know the case and structure. Pretty bad experience with this law firm. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Donna and her paralegal, Cheryl. My divorce process lasted a little over two years, because it included a year long pause for family medical issues. I started my divorce process with a different attorney who ultimately did not listen to me, communicate with me, or explain things to me. It left me feeling scared, helpless, and uncertain of the future. Divorce is already a devastating process and compound that with the wrong attorney, its such a difficult road. I finally reached a point i needed new counsel and reached out to Donna and Cheryl, and then everything changed. From the very first conversation, they listened carefully, communicated promptly and clearly, and explained every step of the process. They kept me informed at every step, especially about contact from opposing counsel, and what things meant, and put my mind at ease during a time that had been extremely stressful. Their professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness were a breath of fresh air. I only wish I had had the courage to switch to them sooner. Donna and Cheryl always had my best interests at heart. I can’t express how much I appreciate Eric and his paralegal Christina. There was also a time where Christina was out of office, so Cheryl helped out a lot too. My divorce case was a messy and unusual one and they were still willing to work with me and help me through every step of the way! It may have been a long and tricky case, but they did everything they could to help to go as smoothly as possible. My questions were always answered and my concerns were addressed. There were a few times that both Eric and Christina personally called me to tell me some news, instead of just sending an email. This morning, my divorce was finalized and everything went my way custody wise, thanks to Eric, Christina, Cheryl, and the rest of the team. I am hoping I never have to go through a divorce case or custody case, but if I just happen to find myself in the same situation, I will definitely be using them again and plan to response them to anyone I know that is going through the same thing. I recommend using Sterling Law if needed. I feel like both Eric and Christina were a huge part of my life, that it is actually going to be weird not getting phone calls or emails from them for awhile. THANK YOU Sterling Law! I honestly don’t think my case would be done yet or even progressing without them.

Everyone in the office were very friendly and helpful. Calls and emails were always returned in a timely manner. I definitely feel that they cared about my case and the results were exactly what I was hoping for!

Not even worthy of one star. Not helpful, not honest, do NOT recommend Donna Person Smith, specifically. She can be effective in the most basic, easy money cases (I referred my house cleaner to her for his daughter and that worked out fine), but when it comes to complexity and supporting Woman and Children that are compromised, she will NOT help or support you. Found out from opposing council, she delayed my case (when I was a victim of financial Coercion, which she was aware of), due to her daughter's horse riding show schedule. While my ex was holding our funds, I was going to the food bank, and she delayed the case for HER benefit. Cost me in the end over a half MILLION in losses. Thank you, DPS!!

$200 just for a consultation and that's due at the time of scheduling. Get real. If you have to charge for that then your in it for the money, not for helping people.

Horrible attorneys. Absolutely ruined my case.

I set up an appt for a consultation. I paid $200 for this appt. I was told I would receive an email with the appt info and address. I never received an email so on the day of the appt I googled where to go. I arrived at a closed down previous location. I ended up having to reschedule. I made it to the correct location for the new appt. The lawyer was late for our appt and because the conference room was double booked we were shown into a storage closet with one good chair and one broken chair. The lawyer gave us 15 min of his time and told us we would receive an email with instructions for paying the retainer for our case. I never received an email or a phone call or anything to this day (2 weeks later). They took my money and didn't provide anything...

10/10 recommend. I had two very difficult cases, one being a CIR. The entire staff is polite, compassionate, and friendly. My attorney Abigail and her paralegal Christina are amazing and always quick to respond. I couldn’t have gotta a better legal team. I highly recommend this firm.

Worst divorce attorney ever!!! Over $16,000 No children, no equity even involved. Never listened to a word I said or EMAILED

Beware of this attorney. She will take thousands and thousands of dollars from you and then all of a sudden just quit and keep all of the money. I just spoke with my current attorney. He told me to report her with the state of Washington. Everybody who has had a bad experience with her needs to report her immediately. She has taken over $20,000 from me and only went to court literally three times. She is a scam artist and needs to be prosecuted and pay back the money she owes her clients.
