They good at taking care of your tickets problem. But I don’t like their attitude when you call them over the phone. Very unprofessional, very bad attitude.

Great experience with Doug, hiring him to contest a speeding ticket. Quick responses to email and phone calls. Super simple to get the process started and then, in the end, of course the best result, was able to get my ticket dismissed! Very reasonable price too for something that will save me lots of money in insurance costs.

Received 2 traffic violations for within 3 days while travelling in Seattle. Doug Silva was able to get one completely dismissed and the other reduced to a noise violation (no points) with a quick driving course. They handled everything for me and kept me updated along the way. Would highly recommend.

Doug Silva is the absolute BEST traffic attorney you will find. He has helped me on a few occasions over the years and has been 100% effective at either getting traffic charges dismissed or off my record with an alternative non moving violation penalty. He is a lifesaver! He always states up front that his services are not guaranteed, but believe me, you are MUCH better off hiring him than to just take the ticket & pay the fine. His services more than pay for themselves if he can keep a moving violation off your record, as your insurance rates won't go up when he is successful. I hope to never need his services again, but will no doubt call him if need be & always recommend him to others if they happen to need traffic ticket representation in the future.
