Overcharges pleople. Been to his office to consult property transfers said an estimate of 10 thousand. Called a different day for power of attorney for a property signature and said cant give me a price over the phone or estimate after other places have already given me an estimate of cost of something that does not needed science to understand. Bad customer service!
Dear Ms. Vazquez,<br>As a responsible and profesisonal lawyer I have to review your documents in person to give you an accurate appraisal. I never recall you calling or coming to my office to speak about this. I always give free appointments and consultations (all appointments). In any case I always give a quote in advance and so you know what I am charging amd you may do with that knowledge as you wish. Everything is transparent and you may shop around if you wish with the estimate I have given you but please know I am the only person licensed in Massachusetts and El Salvador.
Unfortunately, this shameless lawyer is charging $800.00 to notarize a simple application for a child's passport in the United States. The nerve of him to charge $800.00 for a simple notary seal! When any notary charges $40.00 for that service.
There appears to be some confusion because I never charge for notarizing documents. I have told all my clients the same information which leads me to believe you are mistaken and have not been to my business. I am the only Salvadoran lawyer licensed in Massachusetts and El Salvador. I graduated from Harvard Law School and University of El Salvador with over 45 years of experience practicing law.
