Ed Zwilling set up Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Advance Directive for Health Care and a Revocable Living Trust for us. He explained the differences between it and a Living Trust. Until now, I’d never needed a lawyer. I use an electric wheelchair, and I found myself in a situation where my ADA laws were violated. Navigating to find a lawyer who would handle a case like this was the first mountain to climb. When I spoke with Mr. Zwilling, his candid demeanor and ability to help me understand the process immediately put me at ease. Choosing to stand up for my rights was a long, emotional and mental battle. Many times I thought that maybe all this was just too hard and I should give up.
