State, 357 S.W.3d 629, 634<br>(Tex.Crim.App.2011). Beal v. State, 91 S.W.3d<br>794, 796 (Tex.Crim.App.2002). Moreover, an adjudication by a juvenile court that a child engaged in delinquent conduct constituting a felony for which he was committed to the Texas Youth Commission is considered a “final felony conviction” for purposes of enhancement.<br><br>As to reviewing evidence, the client was in jail, so he did not give me any evidence to review. I requested discovery from the State and based on my efforts reviewing it, I was able to get his plea offer from 15 years, reduced by 10 years. So, because I did review the evidence, I as able to reduce the time he did by 66%<br>I do not offer money for reviews, when a client struggles to pay the fee that we agreed upon, sometimes I will forgo a small percent of their debt if they want to leave a review, but only if they are happy with the results of my representation.<br>

I have a copy of the indictment showing that you had a 3rd degree felony with an enhancemtment paragraph, making the range of punishment 2 to 20 years.
