We asked for a General Power of Attorney, Ms. Soto is not capacitated to do this work. She recommended a Guardianship. A General Power of Attorney is affordable, it's a little over $250. (we found out copies are found on the internet). A Guardianship is not. This is for the public to know it costs between $3,000-$5,000. Besides a Guardianship takes many months and the court does not approve everything.

She's highly recomended by top attorneys in Laredo. I just went for an initial consultation and she was very nice and attentive to my matter. She provided me with great info and pointed the best most reasonable path for me to proceed and told me if then I needed her services she would be happy to work on my case. Saved me money. Definitely a top attorney in Laredo.
