The Law Office of Emily Gomez, Esq. worked fervently and diligently to resolve an issue related to predatory lending practices and undergraduate student loans. A judgement was made, with precedent, that cleared well over 100k of educational loan debt, reducing the amount down to the original principal. Further action was taken, on my behalf, to clear that amount, and again, this judgement was declared with precedent, removing me from any other legal discourse that would seek to disenfranchise my financial wellbeing. This enabled me to move forward in life and eventually complete my undergraduate eduction.
