I reached out to Emily because our family business needed a service agreement. I told her what I wanted to see in the agreement. She sent me a draft of what she had written out. I reviewed it, and we set another appointment to discuss some adjustments. We spent about like an hour on the phone as she explained to me what every section of the agreement meant.
