Law Office of Emma Guzman Ramon

Ms. Guzman was court appointed to a family member. She did not answer the phone for several weeks and did not call back. When I finally got through to her receptionist, she was short and rude. But knew information that made me think it was Ms. Guzman herself. lied on phone about talking to family member which I know she never did and stated he was going to do a jail visit in a week and scheduled for a plead deal, Which were lies and personally I do not think she should be practicing.

If you want someone who won't get you prepared for your divorce, who ignores your email, who does not care about your case or doing her job ! Then yes go with her, she will take your money and completely ignore you after. Be prepared to do all of the work alone. Run and stay away from this person. Muy mala licenciada, no te prepara y ignora tus emails. mejor paguen un poco más y agarren a alguien que si quiera alludarlos!!!!

If she was appointed by the court to represent you, I'm sorry! She was my court appointed attorney on a total bogus assault charge in which I was not guilty of. She didn't really do squat except try to convince me to take what they were offering. I kept telling her I was not going to bc I was innocent and that I would take it to trial if I had to. She told me I shouldn't do that bc there would be old white men on the jury that would basically just go with what the police report (falsely) stated I kept telling her I would take it to trial. Finally the DA said they would just give be a fine. I agreed to that, and she told me that she was going to tell the judge to wave her fees , but come to find out she lied and now I have to pay over $1200 for her services. She did nothing for me and she lied! Do not recommend her at all! Her assistant is very unprofessional as well!

Professional attorney!

I was looking at 10 years for felony evading arrest and emma said that i would have to sign cause there was nothing she could do to help me and that the D.A was not coming off that 10. So i fired her and Hayley Brown was appointed to me as my new attorney and she got that 10 chopped right in half! DONT GET EMMA RAMON AS YOUR ATTORNEY!!!

Emma Guzman was a court appointed attorney for my grandson so right off the top we had heard some horror stories about court appointed attorney‘s this professional kind Lady was quick to exceed the expectations for us she took calls from a concern grandmother even after hours making sure I understood every legal term along the way thank you so much Emma And may God bless you

My wife and I worked with Emma on our just recently-approved case. We found her shortly after moving to the area, and had an overall pleasant experience. Visits to her office were casual yet informative and productive. After our initial meeting it was clear that she wanted to help us, and we have enjoyed working with her ever since. She did her best to keep us informed throughout the process, and we appreciated her patient approach and efforts on our behalf. She kept us calm and collected during what is usually a long, often stressful line of events, and we are thankful for our good outcome. ¡Gracias Emma por todo!

Do NOT go with this "lawyer". She only takes your money, will not work on your case at all. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!! May God deal with her for how she dealt with me and my family. ROBBERY OF MONEY.
