He takes forever. My family has hired him for different cases and he always takes long. He's affordable tho so I guess you get what you pay for.

Enrique has been helping me with business and personal cases for over 15 years. He is thoughtful, affordable, through and practical. I would recommend him to anyone who requires personal, professional competent representation.

I've had Mr. Lopez help me with several cases for over a year now, and so far everything has gone well, thanks to God and Mr. Lopez and his entire team. They are incredibly efficient and friendly, and they respond quickly to any questions you have. Mr. Lopez is very hardworking, intelligent, and kind. As a lawyer, I think he's one of the best here in El Paso, TX, and he's in high demand. I highly recommend him.

Incompetent and lazy, say the very least. Attorney Lopez will play the part that he is committed to your case, but his performance in court states otherwise. He did not provide copies of case evidence to the Judge and other parties, causing that evidence to be tossed. This unpreparedness created a total misconception of the case to the Judge because it was a one-sided story. At the end of the day, your attorney will get paid whether they win or lose your case. All they have to do is promise you a win, tell you what you want to hear, bill you, and get paid. If you choose Attorney Lopez, you might as well have an appeal attorney in mind to correct the mess.

The staff is always so nice and Mr Lopez is a God send

I came to this man for a (apartment) rental matter. I called legal aid, the state bar and could not find an attorney to assist (I am the tenant). He met with me within a few days of having called his office, which was essential as I was given just a few days before I was evicted. His office is elegant, the service was prompt and efficient. His time with me made me feel respected, made me feel I was in front of a competent and professional attorney whom presents well. He put together my case, despite a lot of paper work in front of him. I don't do reviews very often, but I know the struggle to find good attorneys... this man does property and family FYI. Tell him about this post : )

The following review is based solely on my experience with Enrique Lopez. My case was concerning child custody/child support since May 2022. Ultimately with the courts rescheduling my case wasn't heard until June 2023. I constantly called to get details or provide updated details of information to be presented for my court. I completed all the leg work just for nothing to be presented in court. I was told by Lopez it was all hearsay and did not speak on any of the information at all. Lopez informed me he "likes to prepare" on his cases before court and would be in the office Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Lopez arrived 5 mins before my court started unprepared. Couldn't pronounce my children's names. During court would write small notes and for some reason would flip to empty pages on his notepad. Speaking with acquaintances of Lopez I was informed he is lazy and a poor performer. It showed. After I withdrew him as my attorney and now have to hire a new attorney. It took a few weeks to finally receive my case file after asking weekly for it. Unfortunately there is no way to know what attorney is fully going to help you in your case. Again, this is my experience with this type of case. Best of luck. Overall Lori was friendly and helpful.

Very good service

Extremely awful service. I got my first ever speeding ticket in el paso in October 2021 (I was going 17mph over the limit). It should've been an easy one since I have a perfect record, but no. The lawyer COMPLETELY MISSED MY HEARING on November (I found out because I got a letter in the mail from the court telling me I missed my hearing and had to pay the full speeding ticket immediately otherwise I'd have a warrant issued). I call the office to tell the receptionists and they said they'd take care of it immediately. They completely drop the ball again (literally forgot to tell the lawyer) and I got another letter from the court SAYING I HAVE A WARRANT ISSUED!!!!! Because I failed to pay/nothing was done!! I call the lawyer AGAIN and the front desk ladies just apologized and said this is completely on them and that they would call the court and have my warrant pulled immediately. They tell me they talked to the court and got the warrant dismissed. Then I don't hear from them for weeks (literally have no idea how the lawyer was going to fix this). Then I get a call in August 2023 that my hearing finally happened and that the ticket was not dismissed, I was found guilty, have to do a 6 hr driving course, and have to pay a ticket fee AND COURT COSTS. On top of the money I already payed the lawyer. Complete waste of time and money. Would've been better off on my own. Do not go with this lawyer. The lack of professionalism is appalling.

THE WORST LAWYER AND STAFF. I don't recommend them. They never answer calls or messages, they do all the paperwork without consulting anyone. And in the end, there were many very serious errors in the divorce decree. I'm still having legal problems due to the poor work they did here. Don't waste your time with these people, they're completely unprofessional.

Mr. Lopez took on my case on very short notice which meant alot. Great attorney and highly recommend.

The case was a wreck! He had me plea on a case that I was innocent on. Never going over the videos evidence with me. Come to find I wasn't n them at all. Appealing
