Walked in to court facing a felony with no prior convictions, was never read my miranda rights, and spent 3 weeks in county and walked out with a felony conviction... would've better off saving my $5000 and going with a public pretender.

Horrible, horrible experience with these people. Super rude. Not willing to talk. They hang up on you. They think they are so supreme. Super upset. Tried several times to negotiate something. The car in question was my ex husband's. We were married at the time but separated shortly after and divorced. Yes, I know I co-signed. But they are so sketchy. Asked for a hearing and never got a notice. Just vile! Taking advantage of people because they are this big law firm and they can!

(if I could give zero stars I would) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Came to court an hour late and had no confidence in the case at all. He stated the prosecution had no evidence at all and had no way to prosecute but insis on taking a plea agreement. seemed like he works for the prosecutor more than the defendant. Was very rude and hostile the entire time and told me I was not allowed to be upset with him after he never responded to a single phone call in two months and then put in continuances ano drug out the case for months without my knowledge or approval and chose to quit on me as soon as I told him I won't take a plea deal. please if you can get different representation do so because ERIC LEVY is not here to defend you he is here to boost prosecution rates.

Jaye defended my son a couple of years ago on an assault case. He was very professional either him or an associate showed up for every court date could not have had a better result.

I'm going to give you guys a 5-star rating review personally. You have a lot of objective-based reviews. Maybe if you explained to the customers their thinking is off-biased confirmation.In law and theory I would imagine there being about 3 sides to the truth perhaps. I want to work with a select group of reformers. Can I come down and personally discuss violations of laws and provisions in my state and our county? I have to educate the public, criminal defense attorneys are more like firemen. You put out the fires because the common citizen does not know basic law. This is the fact humans get upset about. They feel like a conspiracy.

Eric did a great job in the case State vs Canady 2019!!!!! Winning that appeal, and thus helping my family and I win our appeal case.

This lawyer never replied to my emails, nor to a letter I had sent him from Paris - France, concerning the Mackenzie Shirilla's case.

My experience with Jaye Schlachet wasn’t personally with me but with someone I love dearly and I am not at all happy with the results after all I feel like Jaye who also worked along side with John Gibbons did not have my husband best interest. They barely communicated with him and when they did they both kept lying to him on several occasions telling him one thing but wasn’t doing anything they said. Had information and refused to look at it. They didn’t care what happened to him they painted my husband as being guilty the moment they took his case all due to his past. Even my husband Judge, Judge Michael Shaughneesy told him basically if he don’t agree to a plea and he decides to take his case to trial he’ll make sure he won’t see the light of day. Sounds like a threat to me, just to be done with the case that dragged on for almost 2 years. Neither of them cared what happened to my husband. As I said they looked at him as being guilty from the beginning solely based on his priors that’s what they used against him but there’s no comparison. They were court appointed private attorneys both Jaye and John. If we had money to pay an actually lawyer that’s exactly what we would of done. It suppose to be innocent before proven to be guilty but that’s not true it was guilty before proven innocence but they didn’t even try to. They needed a fall guy and used him since no one else that was involved has priors.

I’ve never been spoken to with such contempt and indifference! He could not have been less interested if he tried to be!

Didn’t help my case, I should’ve stuck with a public defender and saved the money… would’ve gotten the same outcome
