The issues were due incompetence of a different attorney I had previously. Mr. Lopez fixed it in 3 weeks!!! My Wife is now here in the US with a green card. Very happy I hired Mr. Lopez. My family had an emergency and hired a lawyer for a humanitarian visa, but he only charged us $1,000 and did nothing! We went to others, and they charged exorbitant fees, even for every word you say! Please don't go to this lawyer!!! They are scammers, liars, and dishonest. Pay a little more and go to someone else who is more efficient and professional. Throughout the entire process with Erubey and his team, they never maintained consistent communication; I always had to contact them to get updates on my case. I made the bad decision to go with Erubey and his team, and I discovered with another lawyer that they handled my case poorly. I wish I had seen a review like this to save my money and time. I went to them because they told me they would guarantee my residency in two years, and it's been almost seven years now. I also really liked the price, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Now I'm trying to fix Erubey's mistakes with another lawyer.
