Eugene Kilbride was my attorney from the start to the finish of a case that was wrongfully placed on me at the end of December ,and saw it through to the very end at the end of April. During my trial they brought in 5 officers,to testify against me. He got my Sons case dropped on January 9, 2025 in my Sons Juvenile Court in San Joaquin county due to my son being bullied sooo much (he allegedly acted out). The principal of that high school did nothing to address the bullying after many requests to stop. Bullying is a real problem and it destroys kids mental health. Thank you Eugene.

This man was able to accomplish something that the most reputable attorneys in the area wouldn’t touch. He understood and recognized that my daughter was completely grossly misrepresented by someone that claimed to be one of the best trial attorneys in the area. However, he was not even aware of the most basic laws. This was a case where she was absolutely not guilty of anything and cost her custody of her child. I sought him out over a different issue that still pertained the custody case. When I explained the entire situation to him, his first question was, why hadn’t we tried to withdrawal the case. When I explained to him that we had two separate Consultations with very high rated criminal attorneys, they were both unwilling to take the case, as Criminal withdrawals can be nearly impossible.
