Jennifer Dellingham Representing my son and she quit after he wanted to go to trail and she just wanted him to plead his case. After she gave my son the cd recordings of the arrest and we look at it at the cd at home told my son they don’t have a case. I told him take it to trail and funny thing next she sends a letter of motion to withdraw2-3 weeks prior she demanded to get paid in full. While she was in court with my son. I called her office to pay remainder of balance. 1500.00 for possesion under 2oz case is 3 years old since his arrest. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. On a dud /. She falls under. Strickland. vs Washington

Had wait for a call back which was fine but the first thing they asked was if I found another agent already. If it's not just filling paperwork they aren't interested and don't want to fight for your case. They must have just barely passed the bar and don't want anything that requires actual work.
