Frank does absolutely nothing we did all the foot work then said that he was only gonna charge me 15% and then at the end charged me 25%

Frank promises to get things done and once he gets your money he drops you like a hot cake. I defended him to my family saying he would come through for us and 5 months have gone by and nothing. Now he says two more months. He collected our money the first day. Dont over book your services if you cant do the work! I would never pay him before he has done the service. He has me in a very tough situation for the second time.

So far Frank has handled things smoothly. He is straight up and doesn't have time or tolerance for games.. I'll get back on and review as soon as everything plays out. But for now he is fantastic...

Frank will take your money and ignore your emails. He will schedule depositions without conferring with your schedule. He runs what I think is a low ball settlement mill. He did not communicate with us that he had trouble with opening email attachments. He screams when you ask him questions that are difficult for him to explain, his attitude is if you're not a lawyer then you don't understand your rights. He forgets that not everyone can be intimidated do easily and will talk to other lawyers.

I think Frank is the best lawyer I have found. He is responsible, helpful, attentive and knows the law. I do not understand the negative reviews. He got me exactly what I wanted, prepped and helped me understand that no case is guaranteed. I think you owe it to yourself to call him before you just read the negative and move on.

I would give him no stars if i could this lawyer is a BIG SCAM!!! I would advise you to take your case elsewhere. He is rude, not professional and makes excuses for everything. He claims i changed my phone number 4 times when ive had the same number for about 10 years just because they lost my file!! How could you lose a clients information that you are representing??? This guy never keeps you updated on anything thats going on with your case you constantly have to be calling him and half the time he gets pissed off you are calling him, he is seriously a joke.

Frank is really good at what he does,he's saved my ass more than once,keeps me up to date,he and Susan are as good as you're gonna do

Frank is terrible. He doesn't call for months, he doesn't follow up on his promises and the case is not pushed anywhere. The only thing he is good at is to take your money and make excuses. Stay away.
