Tried to "railroad" me on child support. I specifically said I would not sign "anything" bc they only saw what her Dad was paying them and not the best interest of my child.

I Highly recommend Mr.Oldfield !!! Him and his paralegal Erica were nothing less then amazing!!!! From start to finish they have been so caring, and always fought hard for us to win our case. Mr.Oldfield and his team are the best!!! He and his team were very communicative with me and kept me updated with my case, not only that, but anytime I had any kind of concerns or wanted input they were always quick to call me or email me back. This case was difficult from the beginning because I live in Phoenix, but they still successfully managed to come out with a win and reunite my boys with their mama. I thank God every day for people like them that fight hard for their clients. Im beyond happy because of Mr.Oldfield and his team we now have our boys back and our family is finally complete. Lawyer is excellent....

My father and I were going through a probate because my grandmother passed away, and it's my father's mother. This attorney is incompetent. He kept filing for motions to return to court at a later date because he doesn't represent well, he's not efficient, loses paperwork, and overall offers very poor representation. Stay away from this attorney. He dragged this through probate court for over two years, filing for motion after motion because of his inadequacy. He took us through so much that we would never want to be administrators over anyone's estate in our family ever again. Beware. Pay close attention to other reviews of this attorney. STAY AWAY... They have scammed my family member out of 15,000 dollars for a simple probate that has now taken over 2 years and it's still not settled. Customer service is horrible. Female assistant doesn't listen to the Client. Stay far far away unless you are looking to be robbed blind by these asshats.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Fred mcatee and his team. I had a extremely bad battle with my case that took over a year to complete. They made sure to contact me and see how I was doing when I was going through the worst time of my life not being able to see or talk to my daughter for about 6 months. Fred made it clear to me that this case meant a lot to him because he knew what was really going on. He told me that he would not give up until I got what I deserve. And that is exactly what he has done. I really don't know where I would be in life without these amazing people standing behind me through the entire process. I cannot thank Fred and his team enough for what he has done. I now have my daughter full time and she is doing better than ever. Very unprofessional. Dealt with female assisting Oldfield who hung up on me after talking over me. Horrible customer service with poor communication skills which can make or break any office.

Horrible service from everyone, to the person answering the phone to Mr. Oldfield. It took me ove a year to finish a simple divorce. I would give -5☆ if I could.

Actually Mcatee is my attorney. If you are looking to get divorced... This is the lawyer to use.

Can never get a response to emails or phone calls. Never get an accounting of services provided even when requested.

This attorney advised me to let my son now 18 move out of the state of California to Arizona just the judge would see that I’m looking for my sons best interest. For 12 years I got to see my son once a year to the point that we don’t have a relationship anymore since he’s dad poisoned he’s mind. At the end he told me if I wanted custody change I would have to go to Arizona to change it. I lived in Las Vegas. Worst attorney. I paid him more then 8k for he’s horrible service cash.

I had to do way too much if the stuff I was paying for his law office to handle. Seemed uninterested in my case. So much so that I changed my representation to Horrigan.
