I used Howard Murphy and his firm to settle my aunt's estate. We started with another attorney but we weren't happy, so I looked for another one and found Howard. After one meeting with him, we felt comfortable we were working with the right person. He is kind, friendly, comforting, and he really listened to us. He went over the cost to settle everything, and kept in touch along the way. He was available to meet when we needed to ask questions, usually within the week. I would highly recommend his firm to anyone, and have given out his name to a few friends and family. He definitely deserves more than 5 stars, 100 at the least.

Here is the scoop on Howard Murphy from another lawyer (now retired). I first met Howard on a family law case where we were representing different clients. Howard had more of a general practice, whereas I practiced mostly in family court and knew the ins and outs there. But when I read the documents that he had filed, I thought "Wow!" because everything he wrote was perfect. When he appeared in front of the judge, I could see that she was clearly impressed by his presentation. On that basis, I referred a client's daughter to him on an insurance matter. When Howard and I spoke about her situation, I could see how truly sympathetic he was. At that point, I thought, "This is the lawyer whom I want to handle any personal legal matters that I cannot handle myself." As a result, my husband and I have consulted Howard several times on mostly real estate matters, and every time he has advised us wisely and done a great job preparing any documents. Not to be overlooked, Howard has always been more than reasonable in his billing.
