I was told 40% of the money won would be taken. Instead they took all of it. It just seems incredibly greedy. I was the one who got ripped off by my employer only to get ripped off by this lawyer.

Recently I had a situation by which a low quality roofing contractor would not pay me what was owed. I brought my case to JJ (he and I went to college together). I knew JJ was a good guy. At the end of my case, which we won the full amount, JJ sent me a transcript of his correspondence with the opposing counsel. I was able to read his interactions and understand clearly why we won. The case took a year to settle, these things do not happen overnight. My recommendation is to be patient and let the process play out naturally. You will be more satisfied with the service provided. JJ‘s team was awesome as well. Everybody responds to phone calls and emails. I really appreciated the timely correspondence. What I really appreciate is the low quality roof contractor stupidity and inability to be honest. They paid triple what they would’ve paid had they just been honest and paid me when I left. Some business owners are really dumb. Thanks JJ and team. I appreciate you guys.

This is an amazing law firm. One of the best I have ever used ! He definitely was professional but firm! If I have any more legal issues I will be using J.J. law firm for everything!

Mr. Talbott and team were fantastic. Dealing with worker’s compensation is a absolute nightmare and I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without them.

Im currently a client and wish I would have went somewhere else.. using them for my mother's estate was a mistake..they have done nothing with her case in 10 months..when I told them (paralegal I'm working with)that they missed all the dates her response was "hopefully they haven't noticed... edit:once we got a couple of the communication issues resolved case has progressed to a court date finally.. nothing has changed..staff is lazy and uninformed... can't get my case resolved fast enough.worst experience ever
