Every day when I wake up and hurt like I'm 100yrs old I want to punch Jim penny in the face. This guy took my case, my money and then had the balls to go to lunch with the opposing lawyer in front of me, drove out at the break, together. I obtained him because I didn't want an ambulance chaser type. My case was open and shut. I was stopped, rear ended at 45 mph and all I wanted was continued treatment and my med bills taken care of. Well 12 yrs later, I'm still paying for it with pain and he got me nothing, talked me down actually, taking advantage of the situation and my pain. Shame on u man. I should have sued u!
