First off Jane was amazing!! James was very professional and got the job done in a very fast time frame..

I spoke to Jane regarding workplace issues. She had me on the phone for near an hour taking all of the information. Assured me that the attorney would want to take my case. She then had me complete intake paperwork which included several hundred papers and hours of my time that I had to submit. I explained to her that I was dealing with a lot of abuse at my job and was ready to leave due to all of the stress. This is a job I had put 17 years into. Several weeks went by and I received no response. Finally as I was about to submit my resignation, she responded and said not to resign as it would hurt my case. Another few weeks went by and the issues just got worse. Mr Friauf finally responded and assured me he would be in touch within “a day or two” to let me know where we would go from there. I attempted to contact them multiple times after that and never even received a response. If he didn’t feel I had a case, I should’ve never been led to believe I did. Extremely unprofessional…I would never recommend this law office to anyone.

I will edit my comment but but still Not happy. It should not have taken 3 months to tell me something. I guess I was not a big fish. The little people almost never get the help they need. Its all about the big people. That's ok, got an attorney on the matter and paper work is filed. The men and women of the workforce that make this nation run are often left holding the bag.
