This review is years overdue, and I regret not writing it sooner. I hired Jasmine Hernandez because she markets herself as a champion for fathers in child support and custody cases. That could not have been further from the truth. My experience with her was terrible from start to finish. She was rude, dismissive, condescending, and completely unresponsive unless it involved collecting more money. Every phone call felt like an inconvenience to her, despite the fact that I was paying extremely high fees. She acted as if she was doing me a favor rather than providing a service I hired her for. Not only did she fail to advocate for me, and make me lose my case, but her attitude made an already stressful situation even worse.. I cannot stress this enough: I would never recommend her to anyone, especially fathers who are genuinely seeking fairness, justice, and an attorney who will actually fight for them. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and money

I was a witness of a terrible experience my husband John had with ms. Hernandez I was a witness of the phone calls and conversations, her unprofessional demeanor. I witnessed her saying that if John was nicer to her she might have given him half of the money back since she didn’t do anything.After she took his money and didn’t want to provide legal services my husband and I appealed the court decision. We explained to the judge how unfortunate we were with ms. Hernandez and what exactly happened on the day speeding ticket was issued. All points were taken off Johns driver’s license and ticket was dismissed. We managed to succeed although we do not have any degree in law.
