I kind of am writing this review late as my case was almost two years ago. At that time, I just moved back to the country after staying overseas for almost two decades and was applying for my first LTC for the first time. I had no idea how the system worked and encountered an unexpected issue leading to a denial. When I was referred to Attorney Guida, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He took up the case with confidence (which was very comforting), communicated with me timely and got the issue resolved without going to the court. Her office & assistant was also very friendly and accessible. For firearm related issues, he is THE BEST, period. I would recommend his Office to anyone in need and wish his practice continued success!

Attorney Guida would be my top recommendation to anyone facing issues related to Massachusetts licensure. As a veteran with no criminal history I never thought I would have to deal with denials or appeals. When you appeal for your LTC/FID you are quite literally fighting city hall which has counsel paid for by the taxpayers. I was discouraged to say the least but from the onset it was apparent attorney Guida was both knowledgeable and transparent in his communications.
