very little professionalism by the office in forgetting to tell me exactly the amount of the fines

Good afternoon, I want to present my experience in the office in front of the lawyer who is very attentive to my problem. My disagreement comes when I was asked to take the stated amount of the fine to the office and he himself would pay me the fine and then send me the receipt by mail, today I go to the office to take the amount of the fine and the secretary informs me that I had to go pay it because the lawyer was not in the office this week despite my discontent because that was not the case. What I understood when I met with the lawyer, but well, I went to the court to pay the fine. When the time came to pay, I received an amount of 100 dollars. After paying everything, I went back to the office to have that amount explained to me. What it is and because I was not informed, the secretary informed me that she had forgotten to mention my question about that additional amount. How can you forget something so important since you pay an amount for a service and this is not entirely acceptable. I think it is very embarrassing and bad for the office because of the service they provided me and very unprofessional. From this experience I learned that it is It is better to do it yourself and not depend on any office since they make the same mistakes as you and nothing happens, just sorry, I missed that, in my opinion it is very unprofessional, thank you for everything but this was the impression I got from the office .
