Dana, thank you for taking the time to give me five stars as well as writing me a review with regards to your New Jersey Board of Nursing license matter. <br><br>We handle lots of traffic and criminal matters for any New Jersey licensees, including all of the medical boards and nursing boards and healthcare boards which issue professional license to individuals in the state. As you are aware, all of the professional boards are notified of any offense once an individual is fingerprinted. If you are arrested in New Jersey or are processed in any police department, which would include fingerprinting, the professional boards in New Jersey are notified every Friday electronically. Immediately there after you would receive a letter with obligations laid out under the administrative procedures act and the board regulations to advise the board of the status of any criminal matters. You were also aware that there is a biannual reporting requirement for any offense where upon you were “arrested “. This includes all DWI and municipal court matters where you were brought to the police department.<br><br>In addition, as you aware, when you apply for a license, you have to disclose any and all prior matters that would appear on your New Jersey abstract as well as any criminal history check. We help perspective licenses and current licenses navigate these very difficult disclosure requirements.<br><br>Often time people forget about a prior offense or involvement in another lifetime before apply for a nursing license, such as yourself. License is also a forget to include recent arrest, DWI, domestic violence, drug offenses, this will be person defenses between their renewal to your window.<br><br>This is where we come in and help licensees negotiate and navigate this difficult. We work with lots of nurses who have traffic and criminal offenses And they received letters from the nursing board for information and or referrals to ramp. Please remember in the future as you know, the nursing board is not your friend. They are there to protect the public not the nurses that they issue license to. Please call me in the future if you have any letters or mail from the board of nursing for the state of New Jersey so we can make sure you don't have any licensure issues now that we took care of these criminal charges.
