I wouldn’t recommend Jeff to anyone who needs legal assistance. His patience are very low along with his lack of respect to potential client. I was treated unfairly for no reason by Jeff during an intake call. As a claimant with a disabilities it’s important to have a clear understanding of the nature of the case & requires professional assistance with a listening ear.

Not a very nice person, wish I had read reviews first. Was trying to ask a question and he went off. Shame because being a lawyer you have to be a people person at all times not just when you feel like it.

I found Jeff to be honest and knowledgable. He has good understanding of OWCP rules. He has a no nonsense approach. He is a good attorney.

I would not recommend going to this attorney, he is very disrespectful an rude ! He does not listen to anything you have to say. And we’ll hang up in your face. He has a very nasty attitude . Not an attorney to trust your case with.

I called him last week and don’t understand how you just come back off Vacation and have an attitude. Before I could even tell him what’s wrong he starts yelling prices. So unprofessional!!!

I was well treated at practice inside a hospital but after the doctors moved out of the hospital the doctor told me she had been trying for six months but Workers Comp would no longer agree to pay for my care, she did not know why. She told me I should contact Workers Comp myself because her staff was unable, maybe my case was closed. When I phoned Workers Comp I was told to submit forms. After I submitted the forms I waited but got no response. When I called again I was told the responsible person decided to not review my case and there was nothing I could do. This seemed unfair so I phoned Mr Jeffrey P Zeelander. He contacted everyone and now Workers Comp is paying for my treatment again. the Doctor said she has other patients who could not get treatment and now she is able to treat them. The Doctor and I are happy with Mr Zeelander.

I called Mr. Zeelander yesterday in order to garner some information on OWCP policies. First of all, he was extremely responsive in contacting me after my initial request and his knowledge on the subject was impressive. He took a considerable amount of time to fully explain things to me. My entire interaction with him was professional and personable. Hopefully my situation will not require his services but if I do need a lawyer; I will hire him without hesitation.

I had a very concerning issue that Jeff was able to assist with and put me at ease. His reputation preceded him and he held up to expectations. No issues whatsoever giving 5star rating.

One thing I don’t understand lawyers get paid to give advice and help us when needed not to make us feel like we are the bad guys. I got hurt while at work and my workers claim was never open and denied which it’s funny to believe how most companies don’t care about their employees just want the job done. Instead of me getting the proper help and treatment from my injuries I’m not I don’t know if it’s just the state in Pennsylvania but I feel more like they help their people more than others thank you Jeff.

Spoke to Jeff yesterday about possibly representing me. Not to discount other's experience but I don't think Jeff is rude, he's just loud. He didn't end up taking my case as I am overseas. But he did explain why it's difficult for him and told me to get a copy of my own record to begin the process. I feel he's genuine. Better have an admin or assistant in communicating with clients and care for minor misc. stuff. This should take care of the negative communications and he may have more time & patience listening to callers. I'd recommend accepting his communication style and give him a call.
